Overall the service was efficient. The staff was friendly professional and friendly efficient in all services. Its location was indeed comfortable central and best possible and only 5 minutes walk from a national research university.

Bright hotel, air-conditioned rooms, the stuff was patient. The place had a quiet atmosphere. There where a lounge and an air conditioning in the room, greatly enjoyed that. The location was handy and amazing, for example, Casino Canberra was just a pleasant stroll away from the property. The food we tried was great and they have a lot of meals to choose from.

The room on top of air con in main bedroom. The hotel had a great location steps away from Act Legislative Assembly. It also was on new tram line.

We had an apartment which was huge and functional. It's own balcony, a lounge area, and air conditioning were provided.

The breakfast we ordered was very ordinary.

My room was big size and fashionable, there were a balcony, a kitchenette area, and a lounge. Really enjoyed a bathtub in my own bathroom. Hotel's location was great and easy, close to all the tourist attractions. There was café Lonsdale Street Roasters, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the property.

Clean hotel in a very well maintained building just off Civic cafes, bars and cinemas, and the interesting sites of Canberra. Very central location and absolutely great and lovely property itself. Also, to sights that I was there to see.

The rooms were nicely furnished and extremely pleasant, with a spa bathtub.

The spacious and comfortable room was perfect for our family. The location in the city center was excellent, and having onsite parking was a bonus. The kitchen was well equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. Despite a couple of minor issues, the staff quickly fixed the TV and toilet problems when we notified them. we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this hotel.

Location for the meetings I had to attend, staff were great, rooms was quiet, curtains were good and allowed for a dark room to sleep in.Overall, very happy and will utilise again. I regularly stay in the Medina grand in Queen st Melbourne.

The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and comfortable the location in the heart of the CBD allows you to park the car and walk or ride to most of the attractions.

This venue is located in a central area which is very accessible to restaurants and shops. The room amenities are great, with a balcony and sitting area, as well as free Wi-Fi and kitchen facilities. The staff here are friendly and provide room service.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The staff were excellent! So helpful and polite. It was so clean, the residents were also lovely. Liz on the desk on check in was so helpful and gave us directions, ideas and a map of the local attractions and welcomed us very nicely. The pool boys were absolutely fabulous offering towels and to turn on the spa for the kids! Nice fellas. Daniel on the desk on checkout was awsome, asked about our stay as if he really wanted to know.Asked the kids how they liked it and if there was anything else he could do for us!So professional,so lovely all the staff. First time the kids have stayed in a nice hotel, they couldn't get over that someone else had actually made their beds for them! In the morning someone put all the dishes away I left to drain

The location was excellent, very close to the CBD, war memorial etc and a great strip of good restaurants.

Our two bedroom apartment had problems - the bath didn't work, two light bulbs were missing so it was dark at night, the volume on the TV for the family channel dipped mysteriously so you couldn't hear it and whilst these problems were pointed out to the management, nothing was fixed during our stay.

This place is conveniently located near the train station and popular sites like Glebe Park.
